Italian pizzeria Bottega and contemporary Cantonese restaurant Madame Ching are collaborating with Turkish Airlines to launch The Silk Road: A Gastronomic Journey Across Eurasia.
This month-long culinary event will run from April 25-May 25 across both Bottega and Madame Ching, conveniently located just a block away from each other.
At the end of the month, one lucky event participant will win a round-trip flight from Shanghai to Istanbul, the grand prize – among many.
From April 25-May 25, diners are invited to taste sampler menus at both Bottega and Madame Ching, featuring Turkish-inspired snacks and paired cocktails for RMB128 per set, with each set including one snack and one paired drink.
Once diners visit and purchase a set, they will receive a completion sticker to attach to their Silk Road Boarding Pass.

After collecting stickers at both venues, diners can submit their Silk Road Boarding Pass into the lucky draw for a chance to win numerous prizes, the most coveted of which is the aforementioned round-trip flight from Shanghai to Istanbul.
Other instant prizes from the event’s sponsors span bottles of Aperol, Julu Gin, Bundaberg, Remedy and Hai Seas, along with branded notebooks, postcards, and much, much more!
Each week, both venues will offer their twist on a location-inspired Snack and Drink Set (RMB128).
The delectable bites for this event are created by chef Dali Wong (Madame Ching) and the Bottega culinary team, respectively, with cocktails by Chase White (Madame Ching) and Peter Kwok (Bottega).

The more times you visit and order the sets, the more chance you have to win.
The only rule is that you must collect two stamps (one from each venue) in your Silk Road Boarding Pass, but these stamps can be from any time during the Silk Road month-long event.
Once you have two stamps, you can submit your Boarding Pass for lucky draw prizes, and the number of Boarding Passes each person can submit is totally unlimited!
To conclude this month-long culinary excursion, Madame Ching will be hosting a closing party – replete with snacks, drinks, live music and – you guessed it – more prizes!
That will take place on Saturday, May 25 from 7pm until late. And it is here at the closing party that the round-trip flight ticket winner will be revealed.
